This template is meant to easily in-link link to any subject while writing. The order of variables matters, but not every variable needs to be used.

The following code is the basic options available for linking: {{Link|(namespace)|(page subject)|(author)|(link display)}}

Namespaces should parallel the same namespaces as seen in Special:AllPages, and are generally the broad subject of the page. Some examples include character, gear, and location. The page subject is the intended name/destination of the page. This is the default display name of the link, but it can be altered by changing the fourth variable.

The following line will link to the page "Michael" in the "Character:" namespace, and the link will appear as "Mike":

{{Link|character|Michael||Mike}}

Mike

In the event pages use discriminator tags for authors, use the third parameter to link to the page. This is omitted from the link display. The following will create the link to "Jenkins (Leeroy)" in the "Character:" namespace.

{{Link|character|Jenkins|Leeroy}}

Jenkins
